What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?
Please ensure you have a valid government-issued ID available at the time of signing. Failure to provide the required identification will prevent us from completing the service. Any additional necessary documents will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.
What are your travel fees?
The standard travel fee is $50, with additional charges applicable based on the distance traveled.
How soon can I book a signing?
For urgent matters, please feel free to call or text me, and I will do my best to assist you promptly. RON can be completed in a matter of minutes!
Do you provide a witness if I need one?
I offer witness assistance for Remote Online Notarizations (RON) for an additional fee of $10. However, witness services are not available for mobile notary appointments.

1️⃣ Upload Documents – I will send you an email to invite you to our appointment. In this email you will be able to send your document securely through the platform. If the title company gives them directly to me I will input the documents myself
2️⃣ Identity Verification – Complete a two-step identity verification process for security. You will need your government issues I.D. This can take up to 10 mins to be verified so please consider that when getting ready for your appointment.
3️⃣ Live Video Session – Meet with me via a secure online video call for notarization.
4️⃣ E-Sign & Notarization – Sign electronically while I notarize the document in real-time.
5️⃣ Receive Your Notarized Document – Download or send your completed document instantly.
